Rebecca Ratliff joined Top SEO Marketing after having spent time
using her skills and expertise in SEO at Vertical Leap US, Inc.
where she successfully completed her SEO certification and
managed organic campaigns. Prior to that, Rebecca gained insight
and expertise in business, working 20 years in the Semiconductor
Industry, specializing in areas of Manufacturing Management,
Process Engineering, ISO9000 auditing, technical writing,
operational responsibilities, budgeting and technical process
control areas. Rebecca has also worked with a start-up computer
chip design company where she developed the manufacturing arm of
the company and was intimately involved with the International
implementation of Oracle Enterprise software (ERP).

Michelle Smith comes to Top SEO Marketing after having a
successful career in software development for the mortgage
industry for over 20 years. As Chief Operating Officer, she was
responsible for operations management (OM). Focusing on
strategic, tactical, and short-term OM, Michelle was responsible
for the design, operation, and improvement of the systems that
created and delivered the firm's products/services. Michelle
monitored division performance against performance goals to
